Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current reality and desired outcomes. We’ll create a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.
Targeted
Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving life and leadership goals. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers and remove barriers.
Integrative
Since life and leadership are about more than simply fulfilling duties and responsibilities, I’ll be guiding you toward helpful practices to self-actualization through mindfulness, journaling, and other meditative practices.
What you’ll get
Here at the DEEPER Leader Institute, we offer individual and group coaching with the following structure:
12/60-minute, 1-on-1 or group coaching sessions, once or twice a month (depending on program package)
