Having served as a principal and district leader, she has dedicated her career to developing leaders, building strong organizational cultures, and helping others rise into their purpose with clarity and confidence.
Now, as the founder of DEEPER Women™ Lead Global and DEEPER Brands International, Dr. Swinney empowers women to heal, lead, and leverage their stories to build impactful lives, brands, and legacies. Deeper women™ speak!
In 2018, Life and Holistic Leadership Expert, Dr. Barbara Swinney released her first book, “It’s Always DEEPER: Six Steps to Achieving Perpetual Success”. She wanted to bring other women along to celebrate as she launched the DEEPER Brand at DEEPER Women Speak-a conference that provided a platform for women in leadership to share their stories and strategies for life, love, and leadership; empowering other women to become effective leaders in their own lives as well as effectively lead in their organizations and in business.
